Identify a likely peak extent of adoption within a specific target population of farmers and the likely time for reaching that peak. This focuses on a particular innovation within a particular population and does not aim to predict adoption behaviour of individuals.
Inform
ADOPT helps you consider the influence of a structured set of factors affecting adoption. This information is helpful in informing research, development and extension strategies.
Engage
ADOPT engages research, development and extension managers and practitioners by involving them in the process and making adoptability knowledge and considerations readily available and understandable.
ADOPT incorporates sets of factors that studies have shown to commonly influence the rate and peak level adoption within a population.
We'll help you work out how quickly your innovation will spread and what percentage adoption you can expect, along with ideas to help you improve it. Our outputs make great supporting documents for grant applications. Our online platform includes access to both the Standard and Smallholder ADOPT models, allowing you to choose the correct model for your project or technology.
Costs + Licensing

An Individual Account licence can be purchased for a fee of $49 and includes unlimited access to the model for any number of projects or technologies that you are involved in for a period of 1 year from purchase.

A Team Licence allows 2-5 people to create and share projects within their team or group for a period of 1 year from purchase.
A free Trial Account is allows you to use the ADOPT model to predict the Peak Adoption Level and Time to Peak Adoption for your technology.
